Shed that fat for a Better Life
Article 1 Diet
This story is true, what really happened.
Many years ago, back in the dark years of the early 1980s, was so far above the weight was becoming a real health problem for me. A good ride, was a definite no-no because I could not breathe easily because of the pressure inside me bits and pieces that I was asthmatic as well, which does not help either.
Oh! How well I remember those days, the agony of trying to breathe, stabbing pain in the lungs and difficulty breathing. At that time I weighed 210 pounds and I was only 5 feet 9 ins tall, that is 15 stone 12 pounds, well above the top boy my height.
One day my wife and I read an advertisement in a national newspapers for a plant based diet, we, my wife and I decided to give it a try. In 10 weeks I lost 50 pounds and 28 pounds of my wife. And both were very thin and healthy. The comments we got were amazing. But the cost, Ugh! was phenomenal (for us it was). There was no way I could afford to maintain the diet for a long time, so the fat crept back a little at a time in recent years until 2001 when I was a big beating heart attack. Thank God I survived, but I will have to be careful and take pills for the rest of my life and now something else has emerged, diabetes 2, apparently, go with the heart problem, it will stop my lifestyle security.
But now I'm back in shape again, walking at least two miles every day (even in the rain) and as for asthma, so it seems to have disappeared for well, I hope.
So the moral of my story is, if you do not want to go through what I did then change your lifestyle, the fat strip now before they can do much damage.
Get slim and healthy and continue with their lives. Being fat is no joke, fat is disgusting, imagine what your partner have to think.
Check the size of your waist.
Men. Stick your finger on the umbilicus, run the tape around the tip. You must be 37 ins. max.
Ladies. Do the same will be measured 35ins.max. Anything else than this and you are not lean and healthy.

I just read a very interesting report in the Daily Mail, one of our most reliable newspapers in the UK. The headline reads: "Cut carbohydrates can help you lose weight but can also help loses his memory. "WOW, I'm happy not to be doing one of those?
Apparently, carbohydrates are such an important food for the brain that drops of mental capacity after only 7 days a wider low carb or no carb diet and that these types of diets have a negative impact on thought and cognition.
Women appear to be the most affected, but not you think they are immune to the problem, they are not.
