Be prepared for crowds, but to anticipate the time of your life if you choose to attend festivals like The Chicago Jazz Festival, Taste of Chicago, Lollapalooza or the Chicago Blues Festival. You want to spend some time in the Buckingham Fountain, where there is a light and screen of water during the warm weather lasting an hour.
