need to lose 25 pounds to be eligible for Air Force Enlistment want to be S?
Ok I am a high school seinor finna graduate 09 went to the recruiter to sign up for DEP, but said he had to drop 25 pounds, I have my mind set on the Security Forces is, do the research discussed with people who know what they're talking I'm not good at the time i do not have asthma or anything very difficult to just what is the fastest and safest way to lose this weight and also what I have to do to prepare for the Security Forces and mentally phyiscally job?
To comply with the top Air Force standards physical fitness, a male under 25 must be able to run 1.5 miles in less than 9:36, more than 62 push-ups in less than 1 minute, and over 55 abs in less 1 minute and a waist of less than 32.5 inches. For women, the race must be completed in less than 11:06, push-ups are over 42, the abdominals are 51. The waist measurement should be less than 29.5 inches.
