Prefabricated Building Codes to throw in Little Rock, Arkansas?

Hello! I have the arrow metal shed 10×12 feet size and just starting to mount (actually just starting to surface flatern for it). My friend visited me and asked me if I have found that the location I took (in the coner lawn as 2 meters on each side of my fence) is acceptable according to building codes. Does anyone know if I have to keep building codes for the assembly of prefabricated shed on my property? If so where can I get this information? I have checked many sites on the Internet – All found was a list of books for the contractors. Thank you.

This question has been four days without a response. I guess no one has replied because they provide that information. zoning regulations may change drastically from one place to another within a city the size of Little Rock. On the other hand, if you live in a subdivision, the developer can include subdivision regulations in the deed restrictions that may be more restrictive than the applicable zoning ordinances. Best advice is to call or visit your local Planning and Zoning or Building Inspector's Office. They will be able to tell you very quickly, which can and can not do with their property. They field these questions every day. You should be able to find the office in your county or city government in the phone book. Good luck with your project.
