How do I stay on my diet after the willpower gone?
I am "more weight" and try to shed some pounds. Nothing huge as getting healthy. Now I'm going to my second week and my strength of will is fading fast! Anyone with suggestions for moving forward … to stay the course?
Support group for compulsive eaters (if you are a compulsive dining room). Is rather like an alcoholic in AA. Good luck finding one your area. I can not find one in mine, and I can not remain on the diet last 12 days. Very sad. A word to the wise: do Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. Shit. Go to the compulsive eater groups or Overeaters Anonymous.
