http://www.petitiononline.com/SRpet1/petition.html Kevin Davies died in Gloucestershire Cinderford in 2006 after having been kept in captivity in a garden shed and processed in the most inhumane. His captors were convicted of kidnapping and assault occasioning actual bodily harm and received a sentence of ten years each. Yesterday, Gloucestershire coroner Alan Crickmore recorded a verdict of unlawful killing of Kevin. Gloucestershire Police have said there will be new research. We urge the government to intervene in this matter and ensure that David Lehane, Amanda Baggus Scott Andrews and then try to that justice can prevail.

I had not heard of this case until I read this. I spent some time reading about it and did not hesitate to sign the request. It is a sad fact that a petition must be raised to force the judiciary to do what the judicial system is there for. To this end I urge anyone who reads this to sign the petition and maybe, just maybe we will see a punishment that fits the crime.
