Running a biogas engine?

I've built a biogas digester is now produced a good amount of burnable methane. Capacity is 50 tons material that I am now with a ton of food every two days with fresh material using manure from poultry sheds the layer. Now I would like to run an engine to generate electricity. Where I can find the right process and equipment, compressor, gas engine running, conversion kits, etc. This unit is not commercial, and I'm trying to avoid the enormous costs of professional design firms. Any help will be very useful, thanks. . .

you should be able to obtain an old gasoline engine running on this with a bit of DIY. basically you need to organize a system of introducing the right mix of air / engine fuel. wat simpler than it is with a two throttle valves for air and one for gas and a little trial and error to create the right mix. synchronization Ignition may also need a little tweaking. this should work fine, as long as the load is fairly constant. A control system may be more complex necessary if the throttle has to open and close. if you look the gas conversion of wood you can see the principles used to mix the gases.
