Which of these is a selling point?
Three bathrooms in the basement, updated kitchen with satin nickel hardware, all wiring Again, all hardwood floors except kitchen, bathroom and closets (in those carpeted), an update or new bath, dual pane sash windows new roof, 1 year old, new water heater, 1 year old, new oil pump, half-finished basement new construction everywhere, new kitchen egress and bathroom floors of the new basement windows in the basement, washer and dryer (used) large fenced yard, vinyl siding and brick face face mature trees
They ALL are great selling points! Kitchen and bathroom are the first things I would like to stress, then the timber (not laminate) floors, then new HVAC system (as this is very expensive), then use the garage … a lot of good pictures! Good luck!
