How should I word my wedding invitations the wedding and reception will take place rain or shine?
We're having a semi formal style rustic, outdoor wedding and reception in our house next month. I have a backup plan in place in case the weather decides not to cooperate. We a large machine shed on our property with a concrete floor and the heating and cooling in which we can configure everything and decorate if necessary. Everyone would very comfortable. I just want to ensure that our guests (especially those who have never been to our house) are aware that this building is available. I would not that people do not come or be frightened by bad weather. I need ideas for a simple but informative way to state this on the invitation.
I'm not sure I would in the invitation, but another piece of paper with the invitations, and with the instructions outside the cities of guests. Say something like, the wedding will be in a confined space in the same place in case of bad weather.
