Why water is vital for weight loss

To use water more efficiently during weight loss, follow this schedule:
Morning: 1 quart consumed over a period 30 minutes.
Noon: 1 quart consumed over a period of 30 minutes.
Evening: 1 quart consumed 5:00 to 18:00
When the body gets the water it needs to function optimally, its fluids are perfectly
balanced. When this happens, you've reached the "breakthrough point. "What does this
mean?
