How much should I sell my home?
I have a 2200 square foot double wide mobile homes on a permanent concrete base. It has a sunroom also added. It br 3 2 1 / 2 bath with a living room, living room, kitchen and laundry room. It sits in 14 1 / 2 acres with a small nice pond and a barn with 3 posts. It also has a deep well with good water quality and storage in a shed on the property. In good condition. We about an hour from Louisville, Kentucky got the place pretty cheap and am considering selling just to make money. Does anyone know what the rate will be owned like this?
