Where I can find free guides and articles to lose fat and gain muscle?
I'm 6'2 ", 190, trying to get rid of extra abdominal fat and love handles. I made my own routine of lifting weights I try to do 3 times a week, then last about 20 minutes to another 3 days and then rest one day. I tried to get some routines and diets to follow though. I have to eat well to remove fat, not muscle.
