Can anyone give a scientific reason can shed some light on music being good for the health of a person?
I am a player I play violin in an orchestra. By making good music, put all your mind, body and heart into it. So when you're listening to music, you're listening someone simply pouring his heart into the song. You begin to relate to all the feelings and face your fears and then you start feeling better, since "him out."
