Can anyone help me shed 40 pounds in 4-5 months?

Okay, so I have 13, 5 '9 "and weighs 230 pounds. (I have not always been this so I started to gain weight in the fourth grade when my grandparents died and my mom and dad were going through a very difficult time in their relationship), and I want to lose 40 pounds in about 4-5 months. I need something that does not cost much money, does not need any pills, and I live in Illinois so I can not go out now same, so I need an exercise plan that you can do inside. Please help me. join a winter sports school, such as gymnastics, basketball, skiing / snowboarding. push-ups. music and dancing around your house:) if you have dogs, walk. get a Wii Fit / Wii if possible. sing. enough sleep. says he wants a snack, do not have the whole bag of chips in your room just put some in a bowl and only feed on them. keep busy. do your homework:) eat breakfast so you do not over eat at lunch. drink plenty. drink diet soda. eat slowly, you will full less food. Do not eat when stressed / discomfort. listening to music instead. run up and down the stairs. crunches / squats. while watching TV lifting the leg or something. but do not skip meals! bad idea, because then you will eat more later. and do not become belumic, which can seriously damage your body, trust me. I know this much, but you have to do everything. and it will be hard to try your best and persevere. Hope this helps:)
